Refund & shipping Policy

Returns

We understand that in some cases you may want to return your purchase. We will provide full refund for the items returned within 10 days of purchase, starting from the day package was received by you.

Return can be requested within 24 hours of the order received.

To inform us about the intent of return, please email us at info@shuru-art.com. Just send us the email sent from us, or just email us to call you, sharing your number, and that's it. We would help you with rest.

Once we receive the request, we wil arrange for the pickup for return. You need not to worry about any hassles at all. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)

We use PAYUMONEY as our online payment provider. We DO NOT receive any payment, till you are satisfied with the product and approve the transfer to our account. Hence, you don't have to worry about refund.

However, assume you approved the transfer to our account and want to return the product. Don't worry. Send us an email at info@shuru-art.com and we will make it convenient to return the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund will be done in 6-7 working days after receiving the returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shuru-art.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
All our paintings are original work of art, hence we can't offer exchange. If you want to return and buy different painting, we will offer you the refund to make your next purchase.

Shipping

Prices include Shipping costs. However, it doesn't include taxes & import duties specific to a country.

We use DELHIVERY for shipping our products. 

Shipping usually takes 10-15 days to reach its buyer. Once shipped, tracking details will be e-mailed to the buyer to enable tracking.

To return your product, email us at info@shuru-art.com. We will arrange a pickup.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
