The Confounding State
In the soothing, misty morning of a winter, reflecting in the warmth of comfort, painting depicts a tangled state of mind where it keeps thinking about the past and the future but it is present now. It tries to find its solace in thoughts about the past and making plans for the future but it struggles to comprehend the meaning of it all when , after all present is only what matters.
