Soaked up a mother’s sentiments the painting reflects the innocence of a child through her skittish naughtiness. The dress highlighted in pink and the healthy bloom in child’s cheeks gave the painting an aura of innocence.
Well rounded lines of the outer body, with no lines inside, conveys the roundness and softness of baby flesh. Lines growing darker towrds a specific edge, takes eyes naturally towards the corner.
